Copyright Infringement Notice Procedure

DuckPogo respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects all users, game developers, publishers, and content providers to do the same.

If you believe that content available on DuckPogo.com infringes your copyright, please send us a written copyright infringement notice. We will review valid requests and may remove or disable access to the reported content when appropriate.

Information Required in Your Copyright Notice

To help us review your request, please include the following information:

Your physical or electronic signature
A signature from the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Identification of the copyrighted work
Clearly describe the copyrighted work that you believe has been infringed. If multiple works are involved, you may provide a representative list.
Identification of the reported content
Provide enough information for us to locate the content on DuckPogo. Please include the exact URL of the game, page, image, or other material whenever possible.
Your contact information
Provide a valid email address and any other contact information that may help us communicate with you about the request.
Good-faith statement
Include a statement confirming that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the reported material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or applicable law.
Accuracy statement
Include a statement confirming that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
What Happens After We Receive a Notice?

After receiving a complete copyright infringement notice, DuckPogo will review the information provided.

If appropriate, we may remove or disable access to the reported content.

We may also contact the relevant content provider, game developer, publisher, or other party when necessary.

If your notice does not contain enough information for us to identify the content or understand the claim, we may ask you to provide additional details.

False or Misleading Claims

Please make sure that the information in your copyright complaint is accurate before submitting it.

Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent copyright claims may have legal consequences.

DuckPogo reserves the right to reject incomplete, abusive, fraudulent, or clearly invalid copyright complaints.
